In continuation of my Despatch No. 141 of the

25th. April, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed summary of reports of Piracies and Robberies reported in the Chinese Press as having taken place in the Province of Kwangtung during the month of April, 1913. Only two reports were made to this Govern- -ment of piratical attacks that took place outside the jurisdiction of the Colony. One was in the case of the S. S. "Tai On" the circumstances of which were fully reported to you in my Despatch No. 118 of 7th. April, 1913. I enclose herewith a summary of the

remaining case.
